Exceptional First-Time Experience at Elkhound Ranch Kennels! This was our first time using this boarding kennel, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service at Elkhound Ranch Kennels. From the very first phone call, the staff was friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. They made setting up our dogs’ profiles easy and stress-free, and the booking process was seamless. When we dropped them off, we felt confident they were in good hands—and that feeling was confirmed at pickup. Our dogs were happy, well cared for, and clearly comfortable with the staff and environment. It was such a relief to see their tails wagging! The facility is clean and well-maintained, and you can tell the team genuinely cares about the animals. The cost was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. We will definitely be using Elkhound Ranch Kennels again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, compassionate care for their pets.

Great place to leave your dog. Will follow diet instructions. Paid for bath and nail trim and extra walks and playtime and still kept it down to a relatively cheap stay. The employees are very good at what they do and definitely cared for my dog like it was their own.

We boarded our lab Violet for 9 nights and she did great here. The staff was very reassuring with me during drop off and we discussed her reactivity issues with other dogs. I called mid week to check on her and got a status update. Sunday pickup was quick and she received a complementary bath that day. Great experience!

Elkhound Kennels always treats our fur babies as their own, and I have absolutely no worries when we’re away from home! It’s basically a little vacation for them as well. Each time we return, each of our pets practically run to the staff and don’t look back 😂.. They have our utmost trust!!
